Aminat Olowora is an exercise science major at OKCU, but she’s so much more than that. She is a record breaking track star from Nigeria and someone who is passionate about giving back. She is providing food, clothing and sporting equipment to those in need around the world.
She is the founder and CEO of the Aminat Olowora Foundation, whose mission is to help discover the best in every individual for optimal peak performance and restore hope to the hopeless.
“We are currently operating in Nigeria and we intend to cover all parts of the world where people lack basic amenities, have a shortage of food, nutrition and poor health conditions,” she said.
“People in OKC can support us by telling other people about our foundation” Olowora added. “You can support us financially, donate food, clothes, sports equipment or join us as volunteer.”
