University employees should remember the old adage: You can’t take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself first. That applies especially to your mental health.

It’s important that we’re at our best every day, not only because we all want to feel strong and fulfilled, but also because we are accountable to the colleagues and students who share our campus. 

If you are experiencing issues related to mental health, you are encouraged to seek out appropriate practitioners or resources. While the university does not endorse specific practitioners, we are happy to provide a helpful list of local resources below.
