Franchesca McDowell, BBA ‘15 and Miguel Rios, a Mass Communications sophomore have both been selected as two of the four finalists in the Keep Oklahoma Beautiful End Litter video contest. The general public will determine the winner of the $750 cash prize by voting on the contest page. The contest begins today and will end Feb. 12 at midnight.
