Students at Cokesbury Court have apartment living with the convenience of being on campus and close to resources. Layouts offered are efficiency, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom, and Cokesbury accommodates up to 424 residents. The apartment complex is available to upperclassmen, graduates, and professional students only. All layouts come fully furnished and have access to Wi-Fi and wired internet. Each unit has a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, sink, oven, and cabinets. There is a centrally located clubhouse that houses the laundry room, housing office, and lounge space. The apartments are supervised by nine resident assistants and a full-time live-in residence life coordinator.
