Describe your senior year in 3 words.

Busy, satisfying, busy

What advice would you give to next year's freshman class?

Don't be afraid to ask for help. Your professors are here to help you succeed, take advantage of that!

For students who are new to the OKC area, what is one place they should visit or restaurant they should try?

Definitely check out the OKC Museum of Art; Dale Chihuly's blown glass exhibit is amazing.

What will you miss most about OCU?

I'll definitely miss the people the most. I've made some really good friends while at OCU.

What professor or staff member stands out from your time here, and why?

Dr. David Steffens stands out for me. He was my lessons teacher and was always available to answer any questions I had about anything.

What was your most memorable moment from this school year?

My most memorable moment was during the OCU Percussion Ensemble Fall Concert when I performed my concerto piece as a winner of the Concerto Competition.

What is one thing you'd like to say to your family and/or friends on your graduation day?

Thank you for your never-ending love and support as I earned my degrees. I appreciate everyone who ever showed up to one of my gajillion concerts.

What are your plans after graduation?

I have been accepted to graduate school but am also applying for several teaching jobs in the OKC area. So hopefully, I'll either be working or studying, and if I get really lucky I'll be able to do grad school and teaching at the same time.
